MSV-51 (Military Science Vessel)

Drifting in the glow of a old sun at the edge of the galaxy is the MSV-51.
We had lost communications with the MSV-51 a week ago with the last message saying " WE FOUND HER ...." then the signal went dead and received no emergency distress signals after that .
On approach to the MSV-51 there where now signs of damage to the structure or antenna and the power was still functioning , escape pods were not ejected and no one answered our hail.
